Auto Back Flush Filter Shall consists of heavy-duty automatic filters with an electric Selfcleaning mechanism. The various products with different flow rates with screens ranging from 500–600-micron filtration degree
Filtration Process:
Raw water shall enter the inside of the screen-cylinder from the filter’s Inlet and flows through the screen to the filter’s Outlet. The dirt particles shall be trapped on the inner screen surface and shall formulate a “filtration cake” that shall cause a differential pressure across the screen. Self-cleaning Process:
During the self-cleaning process, the filtered process water shall continue to flow. The Exhaust Valve shall open and the Drive Unit shall rotate two stainless steel brushes which shall sweep the inner surface of the cylindrical screen. The particles trapped on the screen shall dislodged by the brushes and flushed out the exhaust valve.
