Our Basket Filter Elements are designed with various type of stainless steel wire mesh, sintered bronze, sintered wire mesh and sintered powder filter medias. This basket filter elements available in plain cylindrical (Wrap Type) and pleated configurations to increase filtration area. We offer high temperature resistance and can withstand high differential pressure and customized design in basket filter elements. We also offer double cylinder type basket filter elements to increase filtration area. Our basket filter elements available with positive sealing like O ring and Gasket to ensure leakage. Basket filter elements made with chemical adhesive or fully welded joints. We also manufacture retrofit or replacement or equivalent filter elements.

The length and diameter for each strainer shall be as given in the following table/at the item description. The filter element shall be made from SS 304 perforated sheet. The perforation shall be as given in the table. One end shall be provided with φ5mm SS rod as shown in the figure. At both ends 1.6mm thick X 10mm wide rings of SS 304 are to be tack welded on OD. The joint shall be full welded using TIG welding process. Edges to be smoothly trimmed/finished, free from any burr, sharpness etc.
